By creating an account or using Revnomiq, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. About Revnomiq
Revnomiq is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables local businesses to automate customer communication through WhatsApp, SMS, and email. The service is provided by Treehouse Consultants ("Revnomiq", "we", "us", "our") and is accessible at revnomiq.com.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Revnomiq platform. The term "you" or "Client" refers to the business or individual subscribing to and using Revnomiq.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use Revnomiq.
- You must be a legally operating business or acting on behalf of one.
- By using the service, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.
3. Account Registration
To use Revnomiq, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorised parties
- Notify us immediately at admin@treehouseconsultants.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
- Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
Revnomiq supports multiple user roles (Owner, Staff, Viewer) within a single business account. The Owner is responsible for all activity by users they add to the account.
4. The Service
Revnomiq provides, depending on your subscription plan:
- Automated WhatsApp, SMS, and email follow-up messages triggered by customer activity
- Appointment reminder automation
- Customer campaign broadcasts
- Subscription billing and payment link delivery via WhatsApp
- Analytics dashboard showing message performance and customer return rates
- Team management with role-based access control
- Online booking forms for customer acquisition
Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and any per-account configuration set by Revnomiq.
5. Free Trial
Revnomiq may offer a free trial period (typically 30 days) to new clients. During the trial:
- Full platform access is provided at no charge
- No credit card is required to start the trial
- At the end of the trial, access is suspended unless you convert to a paid subscription
- Trial duration is set at account creation and cannot be extended without written agreement from Revnomiq
6. Subscription and Billing
6.1 Subscription Fees
Revnomiq operates on a monthly subscription model. Your subscription fee is agreed upon during onboarding and confirmed in your account settings. Fees are billed in advance on your designated billing date each month.
6.2 Payment
Payments are processed via Razorpay (for India-based clients) or Stripe (for international clients). Payment links are sent via WhatsApp and email. By subscribing, you authorise us to collect the agreed monthly fee on each billing date.
6.3 Late Payment
Invoices unpaid after 14 days are marked overdue. Revnomiq reserves the right to suspend access to the platform for accounts with overdue invoices until payment is received.
6.4 Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the end of the billing period already paid for.
6.5 Price Changes
We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before changing your subscription fee. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Revnomiq only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Send messages to end customers who have not consented to receive them
- Use Revnomiq to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or bulk promotional content in violation of applicable law (including the IT Act 2000, GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act, or TCPA)
- Send messages containing illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
- Use the service to violate any applicable local, national, or international law
- Resell or sublicense access to Revnomiq without prior written approval
Important — WhatsApp Compliance: All WhatsApp messages sent through Revnomiq use pre-approved Meta message templates. You are responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp messaging complies with Meta's Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. Revnomiq is not responsible for message delivery failures or account restrictions imposed by Meta.
8. Your Responsibilities as a Data Controller
When you add your customers' personal data (names, phone numbers, email addresses) into Revnomiq, you act as the data controller for that data. You are responsible for:
- Obtaining appropriate consent or having a lawful basis to add your customers' data to Revnomiq
- Informing your customers that they may receive automated messages from your business via WhatsApp, SMS, or email
- Honouring any opt-out or deletion requests from your customers promptly
- Complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction (including GDPR, PDPA, or any applicable local regulation)
Revnomiq acts as a data processor on your behalf. Our obligations as a data processor are described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, code, trademarks, and content forming the Revnomiq platform are owned by or licensed to Revnomiq and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform (your business data and your customers' data). You grant Revnomiq a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
10. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability of the Revnomiq platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Revnomiq is not liable for losses arising from service downtime, including failures of third-party services (Meta, Twilio, SendGrid, Razorpay, Stripe, or Supabase).
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Revnomiq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- Revnomiq shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Revnomiq in the three months preceding the claim
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revnomiq, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
- Content or data you submit to the platform
- Messages sent to your customers through the platform
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may cancel your Revnomiq subscription at any time by contacting us at admin@treehouseconsultants.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
13.2 Termination by Revnomiq
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use provisions
- Fail to pay invoices after 14 days overdue
- Engage in fraudulent activity or abuse of the platform
We will provide written notice of termination where reasonably practicable.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the platform is revoked. Your data is retained for 90 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After 90 days, all data associated with your account is permanently deleted.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
For clients located outside India, mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction may also apply.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Revnomiq after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revnomiq regarding your use of the service. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
